Return Policy for Grewal Equestrian
At Grewal Equestrian, we are committed to providing high-quality horseback riding apparel and tack supplies. Our return policy is designed to ensure a positive experience for all our customers and the highest level of satisfaction.
Return Period:
- Customers have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of Items:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom items are non-returnable, unless defective.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Items that have been modified, tampered with, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Call Tag and instructions on where to send returned items.
- If your order was placed by mistake, or the wrong item was ordered, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item is defective, Grewal Equestrian will create a pre-paid Call Tag for the customer to ship the item back with.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at contact@grewalequestrian.com and send your item to the provided return address.
